The shared onsen outside bath had only two bowls, presenting issues for larger groups looking to relax together. Elevators were inefficient, often forcing guests to navigate through the reception area unnecessarily, prolonging the journey.

Don’t miss the cozy vibes at Cafe Coco Mameya for an aromatic coffee surprise. Plus, the rooftop onsen was a stellar highlight—seriously, relaxing in those warm waters after a day out was divine. The room's iPad feature added a nifty touch, making controls a breeze!

I truly enjoyed staying here! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Asahikawa Station and the Aeon shopping mall. The onsen was a delightful experience, providing both indoor and outdoor relaxation opportunities. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable.

The tablet-controlled room added a modern touch to our stay. However, with only two lifts for 14 floors, plan your outings during off-peak times to avoid long waits. Enjoy the variety of average drinks provided in the lobby. Visiting families should try the local laundries nearby for convenience.

the parking fee is a bit high but the spa was beyond my expectations the outdoor tubs were amazing 😊 to top it off breakfast had a great variety and the room had a cool tablet to control everything

The Standard Triple Room was a great size for our family of three. It was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The beds were comfy, and the room had a cool tablet to control settings. Plus, we loved the onsen experience! Location-wise, being close to so much food and shopping was perfect for us.

the location of amanek is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the jr station. you can easily catch local ski buses nearby. i loved the onsen on the rooftop and the free coffee after 3pm was a nice touch. also, there’s a storage room for ski gear!
